As far as I know, It is not wise for an unbeliever to date or wed an unbeliever. Who then is a believer? According to Mar 16:16, the believer is one that is baptized in the holy spirit and shall be saved; but he that believes not shall be damned. Additionally, a believer is one who has these signs in his life not necessarily a pastor..these signs must be evident in life according to Mark 16:17&18… In Christ’s name, he/she should be able to cast out devils; they should speak with new tongues; They should take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it should not hurt them; they should lay hands on the sick, and they should recover! These are the marks that should be evident in the believer…So are you a believer likewise
To balance this… if you desire to take the risk and to date/marry an unbeliever or if you have already married. A provision is made according to, 1Co 7:13 and14 says… And the woman which hath a husband that believeth not, and if he be pleased to dwell with her, let her not leave him. For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean, but now are they holy…..
so with the above…you are even permitted to take the risk or if there already you must stay with the risk and change the risk.
However, note that before you is life and death…why not choose life…choose to be with a believer than going through the stress of cultivating an unbeliever…
My wisdom and thought…
We are the greater treasures and pearls ministries(GTP). We are called to draw men out of darkness into Christ eternal life by the preaching of the gospel and with miracles, signs and wonders following. We draw men to Him, we draw Him to them, we enlarge men in God and enlarge God in men and we put the world in men’s hands…The Itinerant
